2. Products & Live Plant Disclaimer

  • United Nursery sells live plants. Variations in color, size, and shape are natural and to be expected.
  • Plants may experience temporary stress during shipping; this is normal and not considered a defect.
  • We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery, as care conditions vary by customer environment.
  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; actual plants may differ.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout; please ensure accuracy.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or events outside our control.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions in your country.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns or replacements for damaged or incorrect plants within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must contact us at care@unitednursery.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) within the return window.
  • We do not accept returns for plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or damaged due to improper care.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, labor disputes, transport disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code.
  • Harassing or abusing others.
