We stand behind every plant we ship. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t thrive within the first 30 days, we will either:
• Send a free replacement
• Issue a full refund
How to Report an Issue:
If there’s a problem with your plant, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
What to include:
• A clear photo of the plant and packaging
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
Return Policy:
Because we ship live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, our team will work with you to make it right.
