Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from the time your order is placed. We ship Monday through Thursday to prevent your plants from sitting in transit over the weekend and to ensure optimal plant health upon arrival. 

Shipping Carriers 

We ship nationwide using UPS and FedEx, selecting the most reliable method based on your location and the specific requirements of your plant shipment. 

Packaging & Plant Protection 

Every plant is hand-selected and carefully packed using materials designed to maintain freshness and minimize transit damage. Our packaging helps ensure your plants arrive in great condition. Our packaging is designed, built, and labeled specifically for live goods transportation to assure safe travel. 

Shipping Destinations 

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time. 

Weather Conditions 

In the case of extreme heat or cold, we may delay your shipment to ensure your plants are not exposed to harmful temperatures. You will be notified if there is any delay due to weather conditions. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. 

Shipping Disclaimer 

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the selected shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx). While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays, delivery errors, lost packages, or mis-deliveries caused by the carrier. This includes delays due to weather, incorrect address entry, or carrier operational issues. 
 
If a shipping issue arises, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. In the unlikely event of a failed delivery, please email us at care@unitednursery.com with your order number so we can help make it right.
