Get to Know Me
I'm a variety of Chinese evergreen and I'll light up your space. My dark green, lance-shaped leaves show off red edges and veins as they grow from pink stems. With good light, I can bloom. I'm also a great air purifier. I love warmth and humidity. Mist me frequently or keep me in a bathroom or kitchen with bright indirect light. Wipe my leaves occasionally to keep me looking my best.

Gardenia jasminoides aimee

Get to Know Me
Originally from the subtropics, I'm known for my fragrant ivory blooms. I'll grow large and bushy if you let me, with beautiful dark-green leaves. I love consistently moist, acidic soil, and high humidity. At the same time, I don't like to be waterlogged. Mist me frequently or keep me in a bathroom or kitchen with bright indirect light. Wipe my leaves occasionally to keep me looking my best.

Get to Know Me
People also call me an elephant ear plant, because of my oversize green leaves growing on tall, slender stems. The underside of my leaves also carries a subtle purple hue. I'm from tropical Asia and bring an exotic jungle vibe to any room. I love warmth and humidity, as well as lightly moist soil. Please be careful—too much water and I risk root rot. Rotate my pot every few weeks to help me grow evenly. To keep me at my shiniest, gently dust my glossy leaves with a damp cloth.

Dypsis lutescens

Get to Know Me
Transport yourself to the tropics with me. Originally from Madagascar, interior designers and houseplant parents find my feathery arching fronds positively fetching. If you're looking to make a statement—here I am. And like other palms, I'm a great air purifier. Lots of bright light is best, but keep me out of direct sunlight or I'll turn yellow. I'm super sensitive to overwatering, so let the top few inches of soil dry before watering me.
