We guarantee our plants and pots for 30 days from date of arrival to their new home. In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, please complete the contact form with the requested information, or send a text to (646) 480-2662 and our team will contact you within 24 hours to make things right! Due to the seasonality of our business, if your damaged or dead plant is no longer available, you can substitute with a plant of your choice of similar size and cost.
